Cancellation Policy

If you want to cancel your appointment, please call us at (718) 377-7546 at least one day in advance. At Skin Envy Cosmetic and Laser Center we have a 24 hr cancelation/ no show policy to ensure guests can get in to appointments in a timely manner to respect our providers’ time! Any appointment that no shows and or cancels with in 24 hrs will have the following fee charged automatically to the credit card on file.

All Appointments 15mins to 60mins – $50

All appointments requiring more 60mins will be charged $100

If a client has no shown and or canceled 3 times than this client will be required to fully prepay for their treatment at the time of booking. The amount prepaid is non refundable if no show/cancellation policy is violated. If client reschedules prior to 24hrs then amount paid will be credited to future service at Skin Envy Cosmetic and Laser Center.

Client who has packages and violates no show/cancelation policy within 24hrs of their appointment time will lose one session and or will need to pay a reactivation fee in the amount of $50 if session is under 60 mins and $100 if session is over 60 mins!

Refunds

Our treatments are not refundable. All services purchased will expire one year after the first session is redeemed.

During your visit, you may be required to share personally identifiable information, such as your name, telephone number, or e-mail address. We will not sell, share, or rent your personally identifiable information to third parties using alternative ways from what is disclosed in this statement.
