Cancellation Policy
If you want to cancel your appointment, please call us at (718) 377-7546 at least one day in advance. At Skin Envy Cosmetic and Laser Center we have a 24 hr cancelation/ no show policy to ensure guests can get in to appointments in a timely manner to respect our providers’ time! Any appointment that no shows and or cancels with in 24 hrs will have the following fee charged automatically to the credit card on file.
Laser Hair Removal Cancellation/ No Show Policy
24-Hour Cancellation/No-Show Policy: For individual Laser Hair Removal Sessions, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide this notice will result in a $50 reactivation fee or deduction of the session from your package.
48-Hour Cancellation Policy for Full Body Sessions: Our Full Body Laser Hair Removal Sessions cover 7 body parts and head-to-toe treatment. To ensure optimal scheduling and resource allocation, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to comply will result in a $100 reactivation fee or deduction of the session from your package
Refunds
Our treatments are not refundable. All services purchased will expire one year after the first session is redeemed.
