1000 points ($50) when you refer a friend and they spend over $300
500 points ($25) for your birthday
Rules and Restrictions:
- Points can be redeemed as soon as the next day
- Points can not be transferred to other patients
- Points cannot be redeemed for cash
- Points may be accumulated for later use
- Points may not exceed the cost of treatment by more than 20% (for example, if you have $200 in points, you can use it on treatments over $1000)
