500 points ($25) for your birthday

Rules and Restrictions:

Points can be redeemed as soon as the next day
Points can not be transferred to other patients
Points cannot be redeemed for cash
Points may be accumulated for later use
Points may not exceed the cost of treatment by more than 20% (for example, if you have $200 in points, you can use it on treatments over $1000)
